Mommy 'n Me Classes
We are excited to introduce our new Mommy 'n Me classes! These interactive sessions provide a fun, nurturing environment for both parents/caregivers and children aged 2 to 4 years.
Mommy 'n Me at ATA is designed to foster early development in young children through guided exploration of movement and body awareness. With a focus on beginning strength, balance, and motor skills, these classes also encourage social interaction in a playful setting. It’s the perfect opportunity for caregivers and little ones to bond while engaging in enriching, physical activities.
